As a private members’ club with long-standing historical agreements linked to the Beechcroft reservoir, the course is not open to the general public. All guest rounds must be arranged in advance and played alongside a member. Independent visitor bookings are not available.

A Unique London Experience

Aquarius is a friendly and traditional golf club located in Honor Oak Park, SE22. The course is situated on the Beechcroft Reservoir, a secure Thames Water site. Because of this unique location, we operate strictly as a members-only club to ensure the safety and security of the facility and our community.
If you are visiting as a guest of a member, please remember to sign in on arrival. You’ll be warmly welcomed and can enjoy the course’s scenic setting during your round, along with the club’s relaxed atmosphere and friendly clubhouse hospitality before or after play.

Playing the Course

The layout is compact, strategic and demanding. There are four holes over 350 yards, three exceeding 400 yards. Although the reservoir roof may appear open, clearly defined boundaries, sloping edges and well-positioned bunkers require careful shot selection.
One of the course’s most unusual features is the series of galvanised ventilation shafts that emerge from the reservoir below. Local rules apply in these areas.
Players are expected to:
• Replace divots
• Repair pitch marks
• Rake bunkers
• Follow any seasonal restrictions, including winter mats or trolley limitations
Public liability insurance is strongly recommended.
The course is bordered by residential properties, so considerate and responsible play is essential at all times.

The Clubhouse and Bar

At Aquarius Golf Club, the clubhouse is the social heart of the club. We encourage members and guests to enjoy a drink in the bar after a round and to join us for one of our evening social events.
The clubhouse, originally the architect’s office during construction of the reservoir, offers a welcoming space with views across the course and towards the London skyline.
